Here is a shot of the new pairs out on a strip of rye. Each fall we plant some rye so we can have a great place to put the cows on in early spring. This year with the unseasonable warm weather the rye has really taken off. Year in and year out this has worked well for us.
Watching new calves is a simply pleasure of life.
