Champions from last Saturday.

 Taylor Mohrfeld Supreme Champion heifer at the Lee county fair (Irish Whiskey x Star Imprint). Taylor got her golden ticket punched for her chance to win a showbox at the Southeast Iowa Showdown.
 Donohoe Family with the Grand Champion steer at the Iowa county fair. This Predator x Direct Hit was in the Run for the Backdrop sale last year.
Nathan Novak just keeps winning Champion Market animal titles with this Smiling Bob from last years Run for the Backdrop. Her latest victory was at Wyoming IA.

Also Congrats to Garrett Roe with his BoJo heifer being named Res Champion crossbred at his county fair near Brookfield MO. This was a another busy day of successes for Holtkamp Cattle customers. Thanks again to these guys and we have many more in the coming weeks.

First time in awhile cows moved away from tree's.

Finally a break in the heat streak. The cows have been in the tree's and water for a couple weeks. All we need is some rain and no more 100 degree heat index's.

I'm so excited for all the special Irish Whiskey bred heifer's we will be selling this November in our Rising Stars sale. We have them bred to Sexed heifer Predator, Total Solution and Rodman.
